6か月後、ArtHouse Colibríチームは、アーティストとその作品を広く紹介するためのイベント、展示会、コンサートなどを開催することを約束します。
3か月目からは、アーティストは1日数時間、レジデンスで行われるすべてのプロジェクトに積極的に参加することを約束します。
滞在期間中、アーティストは著名なアーティストたちと共に過ごす機会を得られます。
1985年に建てられたこの家は、スペインで太陽光エネルギーを利用した最初の家の一つでした。家から出た汚水とグレーウォーターはフィルターを通過した後、貯水池に貯められ、その後人工貯水池に送られます。貯水池では様々な種類のアヒルや魚が生息しています。
